Pelican Rouge Single Origin Colombia
Pelican Rouge Single Origin Colombia is more than a premium Arabica. It is our first fully traceable coffee, sourced from Huila, Colombia, and produced with emission reduction and compensation built into its own supply chain.
This means every cup delivers not only a bright, refined flavour, but also clear, credible
impact at origin.
Unlike traditional offsetting, this coffee takes a more direct approach. Emissions are reduced within the coffee’s own supply chain and compensated through Rabobank certified Carbon Removal Units generated by the farmers who grow it. From farm to factory gate, every stage is accounted for.
That makes this coffee:
- more credible
- more transparent
- better aligned with Scope 3 and CSRD expectations
Real impact at origin

The people behind the coffee
One of the farmers behind this blend is Blanca Isabel Ángel Morales, who has cultivated her El Granadillo farm for more than 42 years at 1,848 metres above sea level. Despite climate pressures and rising farming costs, she continues to grow high-quality coffee and is now supported through regenerative agriculture training through the Triple C Project.
Her story reflects what this coffee is all about: quality, resilience and meaningful impact
from the ground up.
